Again. I sound like a broken record.
Do not use your work computer, hand held device, blackberry, IPhone, telephone, cell phone etc. owned by your current employer, to do research on how to beat your non-compete and start a new business.
Now, I know you are still doing this because I can tell from whence you came, when you end up on our website or blog.
And many of you are still using these company devices for personal searches.
Also, your bosses are using these devices to find ways to sue you – draft threatening letters – draft new non-compete language etc.
Amazingly, some defense attorneys are even ending up on our website looking for ways to sue you…
So here is my best advice: DON’T PLAN YOUR EXIT, ESCAPE, NEW BUSINESS on company dime, equipment, software etc. If I know you are doing it….. so does your employer.
