DO YOU HAVE A MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASE IN VIRGINIA? 150 150 Dan Frith

I have written on this topic before — BUT, I fear the message is so complicated that sometimes people miss the main message. Not every doctor mistake or bad outcome from a surgery or a procedure, is a lawsuit.

In some ways, being a plaintiff’s medical malpractice attorney is a little like being a Mathematician.

If everything adds up, If 1 + 1 = 2, then you MIGHT have a case. Please notice I didn’t say you would definitely have a case.

Why? Because each client, each patient and each doctor is different which means each potential case is unique.

I did come up with this nifty chart however, that reflects whether or not you MIGHT have a medical malpractice case.

If this still doesn’t help – call Frith & Ellerman and either myself, Dan or our paralegal will help evaluate your case and decide whether it rises to the level of malpractice.
