EMPLOYERS LOOKING FOR FREE LEGAL HELP TO ENFORCE NON-COMPETES 150 150 Lauren Ellerman

Dear employees – congratulations. You have your employers on their toes over your non-compete agreements.
How do I know this?

Because they are asking google (and ending up on our blog) “What do I do when my employee refuses to sign a non-compete agreement,” or “how to convince employee they should sign non-compete agreement.”

We have heard from groups of employees on more than one occasion, who have worked together to change, negotiate or refuse to sign these restrictive covenants.

It may be helpful if one valued employee refuses to sign, but wouldn’t it mean more when a group of hardworking, valued employees refuses to sign?

I think it would. Good luck and let us know if we can help by explaining your proposed agreement.
