DON’T WAIT TO GET HELP 150 150 Lauren Ellerman

This is not the last time I will write this.

Dear Virginia employee:

If you want to know if your non-compete is valid, please call us
   (a) before you sign in
   (b) before you decide to quit
   (c) when you get a cease and desist letter
   (d) they day you are served with a lawsuit

We will gladly assist you in any of the above situations.

We cannot assist you however, at 4pm on Friday, when the response to the lawsuit is due – next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

We cannot help you when you have a hearing scheduled in the next 7 days.

Nor can we help you when you have already missed deadlines, filing dates etc.

We want to help you protect your rights and fight unfair non-compete agreements. However, this takes time and we have to evaluate your case individually – no two are the same.

So please give us time to help you….
