This is way too much fun. I have posted a poll on our blog (look to the right) with the following question.
VIRGINIA IS A RIGHT TO WORK STATE. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN TO YOU?
a. My employer cannot fire me without cause.
b. My employer cannot prevent me from working elsewhere.
c. I have a right to work so my non-compete is invalid.
d. My employer can’t make me join a union / pay union dues.
