A graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, Thomas “Bo” Frith has experience representing Virginia clients in medical malpractice, premises liability, and professional liability litigation.

Kim Janney is Dan Frith’s paralegal assisting Dan’s clients and cases. She assists prospective clients, obtains records, tracks case documents, and helps prepare for trial. When she is not helping clients, she is cheering for the University of Virginia or spending time with family. A native of Franklin County, Ms. Janney and her husband are the proud parents of a son and daughter, each of whom are active at school and in sports.

Intake Manager

When you call our office you will first speak to a kind, smart and wise woman named Mary.
