As readers of this blog know, Lauren and I spend a great deal of our time fighting unfair and overly restrictive non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. I will admit…we are biased but we are always fighting for the “little guy.”
I recently ran across and excellent article titled, Eight Ways to Guarantee Yourself a Noncompete Lawsuit, written by Boston employment lawyer Jay Shepherd. Although my guess is that Jay spends most of his time representing employers…his article is excellent and required reading!
