So, you are the plaintiff in a personal injury, medical malpractice or nursing home abuse case. You are alleging someone was negligent, and that their failure to exercise reasonable care caused permanent injury to yourself or a loved one.

Now they get to take your deposition.

What kind of questions will they ask you? Only questions related to the accident, negligence etc?
