I suppose I could pretend some third person was writing this post about a recent article I authored in Trial Magazine. Something like “Frith and Ellerman is proud to announce partner Lauren Ellerman was recently published by Trial Magazine… blah blah blah..”
But, you, astute reader, would see that I am writing this blog myself, and it would feel artificial and odd to you to read such a thinly veiled attempt at third party praise.
So, here is my article on the When and How of a Settlement Demand.
Each office handles settlement demands differently, but a few rules are universal. Should you chose to retain our office to evaluate your serious injury or malpractice case, you must realize that not every case settles, and some only settle when everyone involved feels like they are giving up too much.
Read. Enjoy. Call me with questions.
