Sometimes I will receive a medical malpractice case to review, and I realize as I read the records, how devastating the event at issue was for the family experiencing it.
Losing a loved one is always a tragedy. Losing a loved one because someone was careless, or intentionally refused to provide care, is a different kind of tragedy.
In many of these cases (failure to diagnose cancer, failure to provide care, failure to administer proper tests, medication errors, surgical mistakes) we can prove medical negligence. It is not always possible however, and birth injury cases are especially hard.
If your child suffered from an injury during birth, or perhaps suffered an injury because of delay in treatment, we would be honored to help.
