EXHIBIT 1

EXHIBIT 1

EXHIBIT 1 150 150 Lauren Ellerman

I have seen the following documents, print offs, screen grabs etc. used as “evidence,” attached to non-compete lawsuits, to reflect breach of contract, etc.

– LINKED IN PAGES
– Facebook comments
– Internet posts
– Internet yellow page listings
– Emails

If you put it online, the other side will see it.. and they will get mad… and sue you.

Here it is in an easy to understand formula

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT+ ON LINE AD of NEW BUSINESS = LAWSUIT

I have even seen the following

NO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT + ON LINE AD or LETTER ADVERTISING NEW BUSINESS = LAWSUIT

My advice: Don’t breach your agreement.
or
Don’t announce your breach on the Internet.
or
Don’t be surprised when you get sued for openly breaching your agreement.
or
Don’t be upset when I tell you the Linked In update attached as Exhibit 1 wasn’t a great idea.
