Wow… Medical Facilities of America, Piney Forest Nursing Home was sued in the City of DANVILLE, for the wrongful death of Charlie Musgrove. Check out the Danville Register Bee, that reports: “The family of the 80-year-old claimed his death was caused by dehydration and an infection caused by bedsores.” The family and their attorney Jeff Downey claims the facility’s negligence caused his death – and a DANVILLE JURY AGREED, awarding the family $850,000 for their loss.
