We live off of Interstate 81 — a large inter-state highway that is often consumed by tractor trailers. ACCIDENTS ARE CAUSED BY TRACTORS ALL THE TIME ON THIS ROAD.
On July 4th, 2010, our client was driving North on 1-81, about to exit on I-77 when he was hit by a tractor trailer. Helicopter ride to the nearest level one trauma center, too many surgeries to count, and he is now in need of constant physical and occupational therapy. Almost 18 months later he is still in need of constant help.
